TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Appointment

To maximise your spa day experience, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This time will be used for pre-therapy consultations and for you to relax into the surroundings and prepare for your therapy. Spa robes and towels will be provided on arrival. To preserve a peaceful atmosphere we request that all mobile phones are switched off before entering the day spa.

Bookings & Cancellations

Credit or debit card details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and will be charged the full price of the treatment. Clients are requested to give at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. A full refund will only be given for appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. A 50p charge will be applied to credit card transactions for treatments under £10.

Treatment packages and gift vouchers are non refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Our salon and spa therapies make great gifts. Simply choose a specific treatment or a cash value and we’ll make up a personalised gift voucher, presented in an envelope and gift bag. Kuki gift vouchers can be used in the salon and spa or on available products.

Students

10% discount to Senior Citizens (over 65) and Student (with NUS card) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Additional Information

Add a lunch or a buffet to your day – we have a full menu to choose from.

Come and enjoy a free rijo experience whilst soaking up our atmosphere. Cup Cakes available! Please do not bring food or drink onto the premises, thank you.

If you love the great outdoors, you can have your treatment in our beautiful private garden – loungers and chairs are available.
